1. The Lifetime Warranty
We stand behind our work. Our "Lifetime Warranty" covers the structural integrity of the bag for the natural life of the product. This includes stitching, hardware, and leather integrity under normal use.
What is not covered: Damage caused by misuse, neglect, animals, chemical spills, or third-party repairs. The warranty does not cover cosmetic wear (patina, scratches, softening), which is the intended nature of the material.
2. Shipping Policy
Processing Time: As items are often made to order or small-batch, please allow 3-5 business days for processing before shipment.
Carriers: We ship via UPS & FedEx. Tracking numbers are provided via email upon dispatch.
3. Returns & Refunds
30-Day Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your Weekender, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
Refunds: Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Monograms: Items customized with initials are Final Sale and cannot be returned unless structurally defective.
4. Allocation & Waitlist
Production is deliberately limited to ensure quality. Joining the allocation waitlist allows you to reserve a potential spot in the next batch. It does not constitute a guaranteed contract of sale until an invoice is issued and paid.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Vermont. Heritage Leather and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Vermont shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute.
